Substitution Policy
Each arrangement from The Tuscan Rose is thoughtfully designed using the freshest flowers available. Product photos represent the overall style, color palette, and feeling of the arrangement. Because flowers and specialty containers are seasonal—and some vases are unique or limited in quantity—the finished design may not look exactly like the photograph.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonality, weather, quality, or market availability. When this happens, our designers will preserve the arrangement’s overall style, theme, color palette, and value. Any substituted flowers or containers will be of equal or greater value.
If a particular flower, color, container, or design element is especially important to your order, please include that information in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
The Tuscan Rose Delivery Policy
We take great care to ensure every floral arrangement arrives fresh and beautiful. Please review the following delivery guidelines:
Recipient Contact Information A valid recipient phone number is required with every order. This allows our delivery team to locate the address, obtain access when necessary, and contact the recipient if no one is available.
Unattended Deliveries If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location near the front door. A delivery confirmation photo will be taken and sent to the recipient or purchaser.
Because San Antonio temperatures can become extremely hot, flowers should be brought indoors as soon as possible. The Tuscan Rose cannot guarantee the condition of flowers left outside after delivery, particularly when they remain exposed to heat, direct sunlight, wind, or severe weather.
If there is no safe place to leave the arrangement, we will attempt to contact the recipient or purchaser for further instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is necessary.
Water Level Upon Arrival Please check the arrangement’s water level immediately after receiving it. Water may spill or shift during transportation, especially with certain vase styles. If needed, carefully add fresh, cool water as soon as possible. Check the water daily and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat, air vents, and drafts.
Delivery Concerns If any part of your order is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory upon delivery, please contact The Tuscan Rose within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the arrangement. This allows us to evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, correct it promptly.
Requests received more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be accepted because flowers are perishable and their condition is affected by temperature, placement, water levels, and care after delivery.
