The flower arrangement was beyond impressive. The recipient loved it and teared up when she received it for her 80th birthday. Thank you very much Tuscan Rose for the exceptional arrangement and exception, exceptional delivery service - I made mistake and listed the wrong delivery time for the surprise birthday event - the delivery driver (Daniel) made sure he left it in time for the event even tho he had to drive to another address - thank you!
